We start each project by correctly defining the application requirements. Product type, process flow, hygiene level, and capacity expectations are clarified. The objective is to technically define the "right solution" for the line.

Working together with the customer team, line layout, conveyor types, and system configuration are determined. Layout drawings and technical scope are clarified, and an appropriate quotation is prepared.

Following order confirmation, the project is transferred to our engineering team. All system details are created through 3D modeling. Mechanical, electrical, and automation components are handled holistically within the project scope.

Conveyor systems are manufactured in Aliş Makina production facilities. Line components are assembled and the system undergoes functional inspections before shipment.

Field logistics, assembly, and commissioning processes are executed in a planned manner. After system commissioning, operators are provided with training on operation and maintenance.

Following commissioning, our service team provides technical support. We offer sustainable support models for maintenance, spare parts, and service needs.
