We begin every project by accurately defining the application’s requirements. We clarify the product type, process flow, hygiene standards, and capacity expectations. The goal is to technically define the “right solution” for the production line.

Working closely with the client’s team, we determine the line layout, conveyor types, and system configuration. We finalize the layout drawings and technical scope, and prepare a proposal accordingly.

Once the order is confirmed, the project is handed over to our engineering team. All system details are created using 3D modeling. Mechanical, electrical, and automation components are addressed holistically within the scope of the project.

Conveyor systems are manufactured at Aliş Makina’s production facilities. The line components are assembled, and the system undergoes functional testing prior to shipment.

Field logistics, installation, and commissioning processes are carried out in a planned manner. Once the system is commissioned, operators receive training on its use and maintenance.

After commissioning, our service team provides technical support. We offer sustainable support models for maintenance, spare parts, and service needs.
