This instruction covers situations where an individual (both within and outside the company) raises concerns regarding a risk affecting company members in the following areas, misuse of duties, or corruption:

  • Financial, accounting,
  • Bribery and corruption,
  • Anti-trust practices,
  • Hazard to health and safety,
  • Hazard to the environment,
  • Discrimination and harassment.
  1. Method

The above-mentioned topics are referred to as "Misuse of Duties" in our company. This Instruction does not cover concerns or complaints related to your personal position. This Instruction also covers employees and/or individuals who are not company members, such as customers and suppliers. Reports of situations referred to as misuse of duties, such as bribery, corruption, harassment, etc., can be conveyed to our company through the Whistleblower Notification Form (S13.F.01) found on our website.

For any matter you raise within the scope of this Instruction, a honest and reasonable suspicion that duties have been or are likely to be misused is sufficient; concrete evidence is not required.

 Subject to the provisions of the "Personal Liability" section, if an Aliş Makina employee raises a concern within the scope of this Instruction, they will not be at risk of losing their job or suffering any penalty as a result. For notifications from companies outside Aliş Makina, the reporting persons will not experience any harm. Provided that you act honestly and reasonably, it is not important if you are mistaken about your concerns.

Aliş Makina will not tolerate harm or harassment of personnel and third parties who raise concerns under this Instruction. All claims regarding such treatment will be taken seriously and, if based on solid grounds, will be investigated as potential serious misconduct. Any person found to have treated a colleague in this manner may be dismissed with or without severance pay.

Personal Liability

Making a false claim in bad faith under this Instruction constitutes serious misconduct and is likely to trigger disciplinary penalties and/or legal prosecution.

If you have any concerns regarding misuse of duties, you can raise them using the Whistleblower Notification Form (S13.F.01) (Data is not accessible to and modifiable by all authorized persons).

Whistleblower notification data is transferred only to senior management (General Manager) and, where necessary, to the Quality Management Officer.

In this case, please note that the persons responsible for receiving and handling whistleblowing alerts are subject to confidentiality obligations.

Confidentiality

Any concerns raised under this procedure shall remain confidential between the person raising the issue, the senior management of Aliş Makina, and the Quality Management Officer to whom the notification is made as necessary. Therefore, any information you provide under this procedure, including your identity, shall also remain confidential.

In this regard, please note that concerns cannot be reported anonymously and you will provide information related to your identity, which will always remain confidential and will never be disclosed to the person who is the subject of the notification.

Depending on the nature of the matter you raise, the company may be required by law to disclose some or all of the information to a third party. If such disclosures are made, you will be informed.

During the investigation of the matter, senior management may require you to provide further information. After raising a matter, your cooperation is essential for the proper investigation of your concerns.

After the matter has been investigated, a report of the findings will be presented to you. If you have raised a concern that is proven to be based on solid grounds, the findings of the investigation will also be reported to the relevant person who will take the necessary measures.

Making malicious allegations to persons outside the company regarding the activities of Aliş Makina shall constitute serious misconduct and will be investigated within the company's scope. Any person found to have made malicious allegations may be dismissed with or without severance pay.

Record Keeping

A centralized record of all notifications shall be maintained by senior management.

Notifications that do not fall within the scope of this procedure shall be destroyed within a short period or recorded in a separate system. Those falling within the scope of this procedure but not resulting in disciplinary or legal proceedings shall not be retained for more than 2 months after the investigation is closed. Those resulting in disciplinary or legal proceedings shall be retained until the proceedings are concluded.

Aliş Makina implements all appropriate security measures to ensure the protection of all information collected under this procedure in accordance with the Privacy Policy and all applicable regulations.

Amendment and Access Rights

In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to access, object to, and correct data concerning you, and if it is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, you have the right to request its correction or deletion.
