Line Structure and Applied Solution

Waste chocolate and wafer scraps are ground to the desired granule size in the grinding machine and returned to the production process. Ground products are transported via conveyor systems suitable for hygienic open product conveying and completely washable. The line design is planned to provide maximum hygiene and minimum product loss in space-constrained facilities.

Precise Control in Flow Management

Product flow after grinding is monitored and controlled by a PLC-based automation system. Capacity and safety parameters are managed centrally. A metal detector positioned on the line detects unsuitable or foreign metal-containing pieces and removes them from the system via an automatic reject mechanism. This structure ensures quality assurance in the recovery process.
