Line Structure and Applied Solution

A shaker-type feeding unit was positioned to regularly feed PET bottles coming from the blow molding machine into the line. The modular belt transfer line was optimized to suit the narrow facility space, providing stable transition to the filling machine. Conveyor speed was adjusted to match the filling machine's pace, preventing bottle tipping, accumulation and transfer irregularities.

Precise Control in Flow Management

Modular plastic belt surface enables smooth advancement of different sized PET bottles without slipping. Sensor-based monitoring points track flow density and automatically adjust speed settings. Side guide structures maintain bottle alignment ensuring uninterrupted single row flow.
