Metal Can Line

Metal box conveyor lines are conveyor solutions that ensure stable, controlled and high-speed transportation of aluminum and metal packaged products along the production line. For lightweight and tip-prone metal boxes, the belt surface, transfer points and line geometry are optimized according to product shape. The objective is to create a seamless conveyor structure that maintains box alignment and prevents standstill and flow disturbances.

Flow Management and Line Features

Balanced advancement of metal boxes along the line is achieved through speed zones, low-pressure accumulation areas and gap control. Speed variations on the line are managed in a controlled manner to prevent boxes from pressing against each other. At transfer points, directional loss and jamming risk are reduced to achieve stable feeding.

Enables controlled accumulation of metal boxes without requiring long lines.

Reduces the risk of box tipping, jamming and surface damage.

Offers balanced and synchronized conveying for lightweight metal boxes.

Supports regular advancement along the line while maintaining vertical position of boxes.

Existing facility space is utilized efficiently.

Modular belt and accessible frame structure reduces maintenance time.
