Glass & PET Bottle Line

PET and glass bottle conveying lines are designed to safely, controllably and stably transport empty or filled bottles during filling, capping, labeling and packaging processes.

Considering the lightness and tipping risk in PET bottles and the weight and breakage sensitivity in glass bottles, the belt structure, side guides and line geometry are configured according to product type. The objective is to provide seamless and secure bottle flow in minimum space.

Flow Management and Line Features

Balanced advancement of PET and glass bottles at machine inlets and outlets is achieved through zone-controlled speed management, low-pressure accumulation areas and gapping arrangements.
