Eker Sorter Line: The Clearest Indicator of Compactness
For Eker Dairy, we developed vial separator sorter systemis a project that should be showcased as an example in terms of space utilization. Despite the company's production facility having very limited floor space, routing to two separate shrink machines was required.
Applied solution:
- Intralox ARB technology sorter routing was provided with,
- a standard 15-meter line only in 5 meters was resolved,
- Product accumulation was prevented with automatic accumulation conveyor,
- Operator intervention was minimized.
As a result, both space savings were achieved and production speed was increased. This system created a transformation that directly impacted the overall efficiency of Eker's production facility.
Space-Saving Flow Arrangement with Shaker Unit
Another solution we used in the Eker project, product direction with shaker unit It did. This system enabled the positioning of PET bottles, allowing bottles to pass to the filling line in an upright manner.

Thanks to this compact system, both blockages that could occur during bottle transportation were prevented and floor space was allocated to other production processes.
