Ayran Filling Lines: Design Tailored for Dairy Products

The ayran filling line we developed for the dairy products sector in 1997 was one of the first steps in our expertise in beverage projects. Details such as the delicate nature of milk-based products, hygiene conditions and temperature control played a decisive role in the design of this system.

PET Bottle Conveyor Lines: Speed, Flexibility and Space Saving

One of Aliş Makina's prominent beverage projects developed for Eker Milk is a PET bottle conveyor lineThe customer's floor space was extremely limited and it was not possible to proceed with classical systems in the production line layout.

Project solution approach:

  • PET bottles coming out of the blow molding machine were conveyed on a line positioned 5 meters above the ground.
  • Flow was regulated with a vibrating shaker unit.
  • With the automation system, bottles were transferred to the filling line only as needed.

Thanks to this special system, production capacity reached 16,000 bottles per hour. At the same time, floor space utilization was optimized, downtime was reduced, and hygiene level was maximized.

Glass Bottle Washing Systems: Transition from Classic to Digital

The automatic glass bottle washing machines we developed in 1993 are among the first integrated cleaning solutions we offered to the beverage industry. Glass bottles are still widely used especially in soft drink and mineral water production. However, high hygiene standards are required for reuse.

Glass bottle washing solutions we developed:

  • Multi-stage washing and rinsing tanks
  • Internal and external surface cleaning with pressurized water
  • Steam sterilization option
  • CE compliant safety panels and motor protection systems
  • Wastewater recovery infrastructure

All these systems are designed to provide 100% hygiene on surfaces in contact with food. Additionally, they offer up to 30% savings in energy and water consumption.

Sleeve Labeling Integration: Smart Solutions for Flexible Lines

In the project we carried out for Ak Gıda, we integrated a sleeve labeling system into the existing production line. The goal was to put the new equipment into operation without stopping production.

Applied system:

  • A new line was created with a bypass connection to the existing filling line.
  • An accumulation conveyor was installed for product accumulation.
  • A special apparatus was developed that provides automatic switching between sleeve and spiral labeling.

As a result, both production flexibility was achieved and the product portfolio was expanded. This integration example is one of the most concrete indicators of Aliş Makina's modular engineering approach.
