Plastic Container Conveyor Line

This project includes the installation of a modular belt conveyor line that ensures stable, aligned and safe transport of plastic containers from production output to the packaging department. Taking into account the lightweight and slippery container shape, the routing structures have been reinforced and regular flow to the packaging machine has been ensured.

Line Structure and Applied Solution

A modular plastic belt conveyor line was implemented for orderly progression of plastic bowls from production output. To prevent product tipping due to the light and slippery form, side guide directional structures were reinforced. The line layout was optimized according to the packaging machine's tempo interval to ensure stable flow without accumulation and backpressure. The stainless steel frame facilitated cleaning and maintenance access.

Precise Control in Flow Management

The modular belt surface's grip geometry enables plastic bowls to advance without slipping on the belt. Side guide structures maintain single row flow and keep product position stable. Sensor-based product presence points monitor flow density, enabling automatic speed adjustment compatible with the packaging machine. This structure creates continuous and balanced flow without tipping and jamming.
