Citrus Pressing Line
This project includes an integrated squeezing line designed for separating the interior and obtaining fruit juice from citrus products such as oranges, lemons, and grapefruits without damaging the peel. It provides continuous and controlled production with hygienic open product transport principle and compact layout structure.

Line Structure and Applied Solution
Citrus products are processed in specially designed interior extraction stations while preserving peel integrity. The separated peels are taken to the upper conveyor line and directed to different usage areas. The interior of the fruit is transferred to the pomace squeezing machine via the lower conveyor. After squeezing, the obtained fruit juice is directed to the process line, while the pomace portion is evaluated as a by-product through a separate line.
Precise Control in Flow Management
All conveying and separation operations along the line are monitored and controlled by the automation system. Product flow is managed in a balanced manner to ensure process continuity. The open product conveying principle allows for maintenance of hygiene standards and provides cleanability advantages.
