The segment cutting machine designed by Aliş Makina’s technical team, is a device used for slicing industrial products quickly and efficiently. Thanks to its stainless steel blades, it rapidly cuts products such as tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, eggplant and carrots and collects the slices by transferring them to the cup up machine via the conveyor.
The segment cutting machine is an ideal solution for factories processing products at high capacity. While performing the cutting process rapidly, effectively and efficiently, it magnifies the production quality and reduces the costs.
Features and Benefits
The hourly capacity ranges between 1.5 to 2 tons.
It is suitable for cutting products such as; cucumber, carrot, tomato, and more.
It is suitable for the cutting of tomatoes between the sizes of 48 mm and 52 mm.
It can make scratches on the eggplant before grilling.
Products which are cut can be optionally divided into four or five equal parts.
