Challenge
A system was needed to sort, grind, and mix peppers after washing—while meeting hygiene requirements, maintaining high capacity, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Solution
All equipment, including the sorting conveyor, elevator, crusher, mixer, and platform, was designed in compliance with hygiene standards. Thermodrive belts and round chassis structures were used to minimize contamination risk and simplify cleaning processes.
Result
The system reached a capacity of 4 tons per hour. Thanks to its hygiene-focused and efficient design, the process became safer, more controlled, and sustainable.
