Challenge
The existing production line needed to integrate a new sleeve labeling system while maintaining flexibility and minimizing production interruptions.
Solution
We connected the new sleeve labeling line to the existing filling line through a bypass. This integration was paired with an accumulation conveyor and an advanced automation system. A specially designed conversion apparatus was added to enable swift transitions between sleeve and spiral labeling.
Result
The production line now supports both sleeve and spiral labeling, significantly enhancing flexibility. The accumulation conveyor's buffer area reduces stoppages, ensuring smoother production continuity. Additionally, the Pressureless Singlefiler system optimizes bottle transfer to the sleeve labeling machine, improving overall efficiency.
