Glass bottles are still widely used especially in soft drink and mineral water production. The goal was to put the new equipment into operation without stopping production.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Applied system:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A new line was created with a bypass connection to the existing filling line.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An accumulation conveyor was installed for product accumulation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A special apparatus was developed that provides automatic switching between sleeve and spiral labeling.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a result, both production flexibility was achieved and the product portfolio was expanded.
